We love this tender chicken & its creamy mustard sauce!

Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Knife
Step 1
Wash & trim the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Peel & slice the onions.
Step 3
In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the noodles & set aside.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the broccoli for 3-5 min until fork tender.
Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions. Stir & cook for 2-3 min.
Step 6
Pat the chicken dry & add it to the pan with the onions. Season with salt & pepper. Sear 4-5 min on each side, until it's lightly browned.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream & mustard with a splash or two of reserved pasta water. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer over low heat for 3-4 min until everything is fully cooked. Pro tip: add the pasta in and mix it all together so it's nice & saucy!
Step 8
On a plate, serve the pasta with the broccoli, chicken & mustard sauce. Enjoy!
