Baby potatoes (frozen)

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen potatoes & pan fry for 8 to 10 min, stirring occasionally.

Crème fraîche
Dijon mustard

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the cream & dijon mustard.

Chicken breast

Step 3

When the potatoes are mostly cooked, push them to the side. Pat the chicken dry. Season all over with salt & pepper, then add it to the pan. Sear for 3-5 min on each side.

Step 4

Add in the creamy mustard. Stir & cook for an additional 2 to 3 min until everything is well-coated.

Step 5

Serve the chicken & potatoes with fresh herbs, if you have any. We like chives on top! Enjoy!
