Rice

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Mushrooms (white)

Step 2

Clean & slice the mushrooms.

Chicken breast
Lardons/Pancetta (cubed)

Step 3

Dice or chop the chicken & bacon.

Step 4

In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken & bacon until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Mushrooms (white)
Heavy cream

Step 5

Add the mushrooms & cook for 2 more minutes. Add the cream.

Step 6

Season with salt & pepper. Stir & simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.

Rice

Step 7

Add the rice to the pan & stir to combine. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley (optional). Enjoy!
