Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Toast the bun slices for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

Tomato

Step 2

Wash & slice the tomato.

Step 3

Slice the mozzarella.

Step 4

Spread pesto onto the warm bun slices. Top with tomato, mozzarella & fresh basil leaves. Season with salt & pepper.

Close the sandwiches. Enjoy!
