A cheesy & saucy smothered chicken burrito, what's not to love?

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Carve the chicken breast off of the rotisserie chicken, remove the skin & shred the meat.


Step 2
Add the refried beans to the center of the flour tortilla.

Step 3
Add the shredded chicken onto the refried beans & top with half of the pico de gallo.


Step 4
Top with half of the shredded cheese & half of the taco seasoning.
Step 5
Roll the burrito up while folding in the sides tightly.
Step 6
Place the burrito in a baking dish. Top with the remaining pico de gallo & the remaining taco seasoning. Add any juices from the pico do gallo onto the burrito as well. Add the remaining shredded cheese & bake for 12-15 mins or until the cheese is melted & bubbly.

Step 7
Top the saucy burrito with the queso & fresh cilantro if you have any! Enjoy!
