Smoked salmon
Sour cream

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 2 small ramekins or oven-safe bowls. In each bowl, arrange a slice of smoked salmon & a dab of sour cream.

Egg

Step 2

Gently break an egg into each ramekin. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking. Remove from oven.

Mixed baby greens
White sandwich bread

Step 3

Toast a slice of bread & slice diagonally. Drizzle olive oil over the bed of salad greens. Season with salt & pepper. Serve alongside the egg cups & toast. Enjoy!
