Pie crust (ready-to-bake)

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pie crust package instructions! Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lay the pie dough in a pie or tart pan. Pierce it several times with a fork. Pre-bake it for 5 min. Then set it aside.

Bacon

Step 2

Cook the bacon in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 min.

Egg
Milk (whole)
Heavy cream

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper.

Peas (frozen)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Bacon
Egg
Milk (whole)
Heavy cream

Step 4

Sprinkle the peas over the base of the quiche. Crumble the cooked bacon over top. Pour in the egg-milk mixture. Top with torn or shredded pieces of mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 30 min at 400°F, or until the filling has set. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing. Serve & enjoy!
