Cheddar (shredded)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash & slice the mushrooms. Beat the eggs in a bowl using a whisk or fork. Season with salt & pepper. Then add the cheddar. Mix & set aside.

Step 2

In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Halfway through cooking, add the mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 more min.

Step 3

Grease a cake tin or pie dish with butter or oil. Add the mushrooms & bacon with the pan juices. Pour in the egg-cheese mixture. Bake for 15 min, or until the eggs are cooked through & fluffy.

Step 4

Take the frittata out of the oven. Serve & enjoy!
