Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash & slice the mushrooms. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork. Then add the shredded cheese.

Bacon

Step 2

Chop the bacon. Add it to a pan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring for 2 min. Add the bacon & continue cooking until the bacon is crispy.

Step 3

Grease a cake tin or round baking dish with butter or oil. Add the mushrooms, bacon & the pan juices. Pour in the egg-cheese mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Bake for 20-30 min, or until the eggs have set.
