Oven, Parchment paper, Sheet Tray, Pie pan, Knife

Zucchini

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & thinly slice the zucchini into rounds.

Pizza crust

Step 2

Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Ricotta cheese

Step 3

Spread the ricotta over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Thyme (dried)
Zucchini

Step 4

Arrange the zucchini in a single layer over the ricotta. Season with salt & pepper. Top with thyme & a drizzle of olive oil.

Prosciutto

Step 5

Tear the prosciutto into small pieces & arrange over the zucchini. (You may add the meat after cooking, if you prefer!) Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Arugula

Step 6

When the crust is golden brown, remove the tart from the oven. Garnish with fresh arugula. Season with salt, pepper & olive oil. Enjoy!
