Oven, Sheet Tray, Aluminum foil, Knife

Chicken (wings)
Olive oil

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Add the chicken wings. Season with salt & pepper on both sides. Add a drizzle of oil & toss the wings to coat. Roast in the oven for 25 min.

Carrots (fresh)

Step 2

Peel the carrots. Cut lengthwise to create thin sticks.

Celery

Step 3

Wash celery & slice into thin sticks.

Buffalo sauce

Step 4

Remove chicken wings from the oven & place in a heatproof bowl. Add buffalo sauce & toss to coat. Place wings back onto the sheet tray. Add more sauce on top of the wings if desired. Roast wings for another 20 min or until crispy.

Blue cheese dressing

Step 5

Serve the wings with carrots & celery sticks. Dip in blue cheese dressing & additional buffalo sauce if desired. Enjoy!
