Smoked salmon
Sour cream

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the ramekins or small oven-safe bowls. Place them on a baking sheet. Arrange a slice of smoked salmon & a dab of sour cream into each ramekin.

Egg

Step 2

Gently break an egg into each ramekin. Season all with salt & pepper. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven. Bake for 10-15 min, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Spinach (fresh)
White bread (sliced)

Step 3

Toast the bread in a toaster & slice diagonally. Add a handful of fresh spinach to each serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Add the egg cups & toast. Enjoy!
