Step 1
Wash & peel the zucchini into thin long strips with a veggie peeler.
Step 2
Avoid using the seeds of the zucchini!

Step 3
Roughly chop the almonds, if they're not already sliced.


Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, almonds, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.





Step 5
Spread the goat cheese mixture over the tortillas or wraps. Top with fresh mint (optional), zucchini & arugula. Drizzle with honey.
Step 6
Roll up the wrap. Slice it in half & go! Enjoy!
