Step 1

Cut off the rind & remove any seeds from the watermelon. Chop the watermelon into chunks. Wash & trim the strawberries. Cut the berries into quarters. Place the fruit in a salad bowl. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

Mint (fresh)

Step 2

Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with chopped mint (optional). Enjoy!
