Step 1

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.

Cherry tomatoes
Bell pepper (red)

Step 2

Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the pepper & remove the seeds. Dice or cube the pepper.

Lemon
Tuna (canned)
Parsley (fresh)
Couscous
Bell pepper (red)
Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Fluff the prepared couscous. Add it to a serving bowl. Then add the drained tuna, pepper, tomato & a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt & pepper. Top with a drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
