Step 1

Place the couscous in a bowl. Add equal parts hot or boiling water. Cover & set aside until it's fluffy, about 5 minutes.

Green bell pepper
Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Wash the pepper & tomato. Cut the bell pepper lengthwise into thin strips. Halve or quarter the tomato.

Tuna (canned)
Parsley (fresh)

Step 3

Drain the tuna & flake it into a bowl. Add the couscous, pepper, tomato & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with parsley leaves (optional). Enjoy!
