Tortellini (cheese)

Step 1

In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the tortellini & cook according to package directions. Drain & set aside.

Pancetta (cubed)

Step 2

In a skillet on medium-high heat, add the cubed pancetta. Cook the pancetta for 5-6 min until its brown & crispy. Remove the pancetta & set aside.

Butter (unsalted)
Heavy cream

Step 3

Lower the heat of the skillet to medium-low. Add the butter to the pan, then add the cream. Stir until the butter melts, about 1 min.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 4

Add the tortellini & grated parmesan cheese. Stir & cook until the cream & butter sauce thickens, about 3-4 min.

Peas (frozen)

Step 5

Add the peas & most of the pancetta & stir. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Step 6

Serve & top with the remaining pancetta, more grated parmesan & black pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
