Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper & olive oil. Stir it all together.

Tomato

Step 2

Wash & slice the tomato into wedges.

Avocado

Step 3

Halve the avocado. Remove the pit. Then peel & slice the avocado.

Basil (fresh)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Tomato
Avocado

Step 4

Arrange the tomato & avocado slices on a serving plate. Top with torn pieces of fresh mozzarella. Drizzle with your freshly made salad dressing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
