Balsamic vinegar

Step 1

To make the dressing, add honey, balsamic vinegar & olive oil to a small bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Whisk it together & set aside.

Tomato

Step 2

Wash the tomato & slice into wedges.

Avocado

Step 3

Cut the avocado in half. Take out the pit. Peel & slice.

Basil (fresh)
Fresh mozzarella ball

Step 4

Arrange the tomato & avocado on plate. Top with torn pieces of fresh mozzarella & fresh basil. Drizzle with your freshly made salad dressing. Enjoy!
