Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces.
Coat the chicken in the tandoori spices.
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Mince the cucumber.
Chop the mint.
In a small bowl, combine the cucumber, mint, yogurt, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.
Heat another drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the skewers & cook for 5-7 min, turning frequently.
Cover the pan for juicier chicken!
