Step 1
Thinly slice the cheese.
Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Toast the bun slices for 1 min.
Step 3
Set aside the buns. Add the burger patties to the same pan. Cook for 3 min.
Step 4
Turn over the burgers. Top with the sliced brie. Reduce the heat to low, cover & cook until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
To make the sauce, mix the ketchup & mayo in a small bowl.
Step 6
Add a dash of whiskey, cognac or white wine vinegar for zing (optional)!
Step 7
Spread the sauce over the buns. Lay the burgers over the bottom buns. Add the sun-dried tomatoes & a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Close the burgers & enjoy!
