Enjoy this classically delicious flank steak paired with potatoes & a creamy cucumber sauce!
Make sure you have...
Oven, Stovetop, Pot (small), Knife
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & slice the potatoes into long wedges.
Step 2
On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the potatoes in an even layer. Season with oregano, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Toss it all together to evenly coat. Bake in the oven for 25-30 min at 400°F.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), chopped cucumbers, grated garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil. Mix well & chill until serving.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the flank steak. Season with salt & pepper. Sear on each side for 2-3 min, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a cutting board & slice the steak if you wish.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are golden & crispy, remove them from the oven. Serve sliced steak & potatoes with cucumber sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
