Cheesy, spicy, meaty, crunchy, what more could you want from a flatbread?
Make sure you have...
Oven, Stovetop, Sheet Tray, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Heat the oven to 425°F. Peel the onion. Thinly slice a few half moons & finely chop the rest.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions & sauté 2-3 min, until translucent.
Step 3
Add lamb & cook, breaking up the meat with the spatula. About 3-4 min.
Step 4
Add cumin, cayenne, salt & pepper. Mix it all together, cover & remove from heat.
Step 5
Add the pre-cooked flatbread to a sheet tray. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with an even layer of cooked lamb. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10-12 min, or according to package instructions. The flatbread should be crispy & cheese should be melted.
Step 6
Top with crumbled feta cheese & thinly sliced onions. Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley if you have! Slice & serve. Enjoy!
