Step 1
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Toast the bun slices for 30 seconds, or until lightly golden. Then remove from heat.
Step 2
Add the burger patties to the same pan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, or until done to your liking.
Step 3
Top the burgers with the cheese slices. Turn off the heat & cover the pan.
Step 4
Spread the onion jam & mustard onto the bun slices.
Step 5
Add the melty cheese burgers to the bottom buns. Close the burgers. Enjoy!
