Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
Cook the yellow rice according to the package directions.
Step 2
Season the chicken breast on both sides with paprika, onion powder, turmeric, salt & pepper. Adjust the seasonings to your liking by adding some garlic powder or even a bit of cayenne pepper for a bit of heat!
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & cook for 4-5 min on one side. Flip & cook the chicken for 2-3 more min. Add the frozen broccoli & a few splashes of water. Cook for 2-3 min until the broccoli is fully cooked & the water is evaporated.
Step 4
Fluff the rice once it's finished cooking. Serve alongside the chicken & broccoli. Enjoy!
