Like your favorite fast-food chain burrito, but better! Saving money & never sacrificing flavor!
Knife
Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 2
Add taco seasoning. Mix well to combine. Add black beans. Stir & cook 1 more min.
Step 3
Lay each tortilla flat. In the center, layer on cheese, shredded lettuce & one scoop of the meat mixture followed by another sprinkle of cheese. Fold the sides inwards, over the filling. Use your thumbs to fold & tightly roll up the bottom of the burrito.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a clean pan over medium heat. Add the burritos to the pan, seam-side down. Heat 1-2 min on each side, until golden brown.
Step 5
Slice the burritos in half. Serve with salsa & sour cream for dipping (optional). Enjoy!
