Thinly slice the cucumber.

Cream cheese

Step 2

Spread the cream cheese evenly over large flour tortilla or wrap.

Smoked salmon
Spinach (fresh)

Step 3

Arrange the smoked salmon, baby spinach & cucumber over the cream cheese. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over top.

Step 4

Fold in the horizontal sides, then roll the vertical sides. Slice in half at a diagonal. Done!
