Pizza crust

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pre-bake for 10 min, or according to the package instructions.

Cream cheese

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, half the lemon zest, salt & pepper.

Avocado

Step 3

Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado.

Pizza crust

Step 4

Remove the crust from the oven. While still warm, spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, leaving a border around the edges.

Smoked salmon
Arugula
Lemon

Step 5

Top with torn pieces of smoked salmon, avocado slices, arugula, the rest of the lemon zest & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
