Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Knife

Pasta (jumbo shells)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a bit of the pasta cooking liquid.

Cherry tomatoes
Tuna (canned)
Capers

Step 2

Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the tuna & capers.

Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the capers & cook for 1 min. Add the tomatoes, oregano & tuna. Cook for 2 more min. Add the reserved pasta cooking liquid & stir.

Lemon

Step 4

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it. Add it to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
