Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 2-4 tbsp of the cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, wash & cut the tomatoes in half. Drain the tuna & capers.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the capers & cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, oregano & tuna. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add the reserved pasta cooking liquid. Stir & cook for 1 more minute.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain & add to the pan. Season with fresh pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
