Cooked shrimp
Garlic

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp & garlic (grated or minced).

Cook, stirring for 2-3 min, or until the shrimp is cooked through. Remove from heat.

Avocado

Step 3

Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Slice the avocado.

Grapefruit

Step 4

Slice off the peel & pith of the grapefruit. Cut the grapefruit into sections.

Squeeze the juice into a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.

Step 6

Add the spinach to a serving bowl. Toss the spinach with the dressing. Add the avocado slices, shrimp & grapefruit slices. Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
