Step 1

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Save the egg white for an omelette or another recipe!

Apple cider vinegar
Garlic
Olive oil
Lemon

Step 2

In a food processor, add the egg yolk, vinegar, grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, & a pinch of salt & pepper. Mix for about 1 min until the texture is smooth. An immersion blender works well too!
