Step 1
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Save the egg white for an omelette or another recipe!
Step 2
In a food processor, add the egg yolk, vinegar, grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, & a pinch of salt & pepper. Mix for about 1 min until the texture is smooth. An immersion blender works well too!
Store the aioli in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks :-)
