Pizza dough

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Arrange the pizza dough on a baking sheet topped with parchment paper.

Prosciutto
Honey
Ricotta cheese
Pizza sauce

Step 2

Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edge. Top with the prosciutto, spoonfuls of the ricotta & a drizzle of honey.

Step 3

Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

Arugula

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven & top with fresh arugula. Mangia!
