Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Wash & peel the potatoes. Using the slicer side of your cheese grater or a mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes.

Garlic

Step 2

Finely mince the garlic.

Milk
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 3

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, bring the milk to a simmer. Add the garlic & nutmeg. Season with salt & pepper. Add the potatoes & simmer for 10 more minutes.

Sour cream

Step 4

Transfer everything to an oven-safe dish & spread the sour cream evenly on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
