Chili powder
Garlic powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix the parmesan, garlic powder & chili powder.

Baby potatoes

Step 2

Wash & cut the potatoes in half.

Step 3

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the parmesan mixture evenly. Top with a generous drizzle of olive oil & place the potatoes into the baking sheet, cut-side down. Add another drizzle of olive oil & season with salt & pepper. Roast for 25-30 min until the potatoes are crispy.

Chives (fresh)

Meanwhile, finely chop the chives.

Sour cream

Step 5

In a bowl add the chives, sour cream, salt & pepper. Mix & store in the fridge.

Step 6

Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven & serve with the sauce. Enjoy!
