Make sure you have...
Sheet Tray, Oven, Stovetop, Pot (small)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Drizzle a sheet tray with olive oil. Add the pork tenderloin to one side & the broccoli florets to the other.
Step 2
Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper & any additional seasonings you love (we recommend garlic powder & onion powder!). Drizzle the pork with olive oil as well to encourage browning. Transfer to the oven & roast for 20-25 mins, until the broccoli is tender & the pork is cooked through (145°F internal temp).
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the rice pilaf according to package instructions.
Step 4
Check the pork for doneness. When it's done, transfer to a cutting board & cut into 1/2-inch slices.
Step 5
When the rice pilaf is ready, fluff the grains & remove from the heat.
Step 6
Plate the rice pilaf, pork & broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil & season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
