Stovetop, Frying pan
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & pan fry for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the thawed peas & 2-4 tablespoons of water to the pan. Lower heat to medium-low, cover & cook for 3-5 more minutes.
Remove from heat. Crumble feta cheese over top. Add the lemon zest & juice. Top with a drizzle of olive oil & torn mint leaves (optional). Enjoy!
