Step 1

Wash & dice celery into small pieces.

Garlic

Step 2

Peel & chop garlic.

Onion (yellow)

Step 3

Peel & chop onion.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic & celery. Sauté for 3 min or until veggies have softened.

Tomatoes (canned, diced)

Step 5

Add diced tomatoes & season with salt & pepper. Sauté for an additional 3 min.

Broth (vegetable)

Step 6

Add broth & bring to a boil.

Pasta (elbow macaroni)
Kidney beans (canned)

Step 7

Stir in beans & macaroni pasta. Cover & cook for 8 min or until pasta is cooked to your liking.

Spinach (fresh)
Parmesan (grated)

Step 8

Add spinach & stir until wilted. Remove soup from the heat & serve, topped with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
