Step 1

Carefully add the eggs to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 6 min over medium-low heat.

Garlic

Peel & finely slice the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic.

Sauté for 1-2 min, or until lightly golden.

Paprika

Add the paprika. Season with salt & pepper. Stir the spiced oil & remove from heat.

Plunge the soft-boiled eggs into a bowl of icy cold water to stop the cooking.

Step 7

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster or in a hot pan.

Gently peel the eggs.
