Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Knife

Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bread & toast on both sides.

Step 2
Toast the sunflower seeds in the pan for about 1 min (optional).

Step 3
Finely chop the chives.

Step 4
Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Thinly slice the avocado.


Step 5
Arrange the avocado slices over the toast. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.




Step 6
Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar & a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with the sunflower kernels (optional) & chopped chives. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
