Red wine vinegar

Step 1

Peel & mince the shallot. Add the shallot to a bowl with the vinegar, mustard & a healthy drizzle of oil. Stir to combine.

Smoked salmon
Lentils (cooked)
Sour cream
Chives (fresh)

Step 2

Drain the lentils. Add them to the dressing & toss to coat. Top with torn pieces of smoked salmon. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream & a sprinkle of chopped chives (optional). Enjoy!
