Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the potatoes into thin fries.

Rinse the potatoes under cold water. Then drain them in a colander.

Oregano (dried)

In a bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, pepper, oregano (optional) & a drizzle of oil. Toss to combine.

Transfer the potatoes to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 min at 400°F.

Wash & slice the tomato.

Form the ground beef into patties.

About 5 min before the fries are done, start the burgers. Add them to a hot pan over medium heat. Cook for 2 min on each side, or until done to your liking.

Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 8

Top the cooking burgers with torn pieces of fresh mozzarella.

Toast the buns for 15-30 seconds.

Step 10

Smear pesto on one slice of each burger bun. Top with the cheeseburger, sliced tomato & arugula. Close each burger.
