Burger buns

Step 1

Smear the inside of each bun slice with butter. Toast them butter-side down in a hot frying pan for 15 to 30 seconds. Remove from heat & set aside.

Chives (fresh)

Step 2

Finely chop the chives or green onions.

Egg

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper & chives.

Step 4

Reheat the frying pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or a drizzle of oil. Scramble the eggs until they're done to your liking.

Ham

Step 5

Place the scrambled eggs on the bottom bun. Top with the ham slice. Seal the sandwich & dig in!
