Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the fries on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper & bake according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Season all over with salt & pepper. Cook the chicken for 6 min on each side or until fully cooked through.
Step 3
Thinly slice the red onion.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the skillet & slice.
Step 5
Toast or warm the pita. Cut the pita in half. Evenly spread each half with the tzatziki. Add the chicken & red onions. Garnish with parsley if you have it.
Step 6
Remove the fries from the oven & serve with the pita. Enjoy!
