Stovetop, Frying pan
Finely dice the onion. Mince the garlic.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, then the garlic to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the gnocchi & cook for 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Feel free to add a bit of butter for better browning.
Pour 1 cup of vegetable broth into the pan. Add the sour cream. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Add water if needed.
Top with grated parmesan & chopped chives (optional). Enjoy!
