Rice

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Avocado
Green onion (scallions)

Step 2

While the rice is cooking, peel & slice the avocado. Chop the scallions or chives (optional).

Egg

Step 3

Add a drizzle of vegetable oil to a pan over medium heat. Gently crack eggs into pan & cook for 2–3 minutes, or until done to your liking. Remove from heat.

Rice vinegar
Green onion (scallions)

Step 4

Once the rice is cooked, fluff it & spoon it into a serving bowl. Stir in the vinegar & chopped scallions or chives. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
