Chicken sausage (pre-cooked)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the chicken sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Wash the cherry tomatoes & set aside.

Bell pepper (assorted)

Step 3

Wash the peppers & remove the seeds. Then slice the peppers. (Use yellow, red & green peppers for more festive color!)

Red onion

Step 4

Peel & slice the onion into wedges.

Olive oil
Italian seasoning

Step 5

Add the chicken sausage, tomatoes, peppers & onion to a parchment-lined sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. Toss well to coat.

Step 6

Transfer to the oven & cook for 20-25 min, until the sausage is nicely browned & the veggies are softened.

Basil (fresh)

Step 7

Garnish with fresh basil (optional). Serve & enjoy!
