Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a parchment paper-lined sheet tray.

Corn on the cob
Italian seasoning

Step 2

Shuck the corn & remove the kernels. Add the kernels to a bowl & toss with olive oil, salt, pepper & Italian seasoning (optional).

Cauliflower pizza crust (frozen)
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 3

Place the cauliflower pizza crust on the prepared sheet tray. Brush with olive oil then sprinkle evenly with cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with the seasoned corn.

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven. Cut the pizza into 4 or 6 slices. Top with extra pepper if desired. Serve & enjoy!
