Cauliflower

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut or separate the cauliflower into florets. Then, cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Butter
Flour (all-purpose)
Milk

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt the butter. Stir in the flour. Slowly add the milk & whisk or stir continuously until it thickens.

Shredded cheese

Step 3

Transfer the drained cauliflower to an oven-safe baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Pour over the white sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is nice & golden brown. Enjoy!
