Spiced up chicken with deliciously creamy grits & broccoli make for a delicious dinner!

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, salt & pepper. Add the spice mixture to both sides of the chicken breast. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken & sear undisturbed for 5-6 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the broccoli & cook for 5 min.
Step 3
Flip the chicken & sear for about 5-6 more min on the second side, until the chicken is fully cooked. Drain the broccoli & set aside.
Step 4
In the same pot the broccoli was cooked in, add the grits. Add the water amount listed on the package directions & cook according to package directions.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the pan & set aside. Once the grits are cooked, stir in the heavy cream & cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Step 6
Slice the chicken & plate it alongside the cheesy grits & broccoli. Season everything with salt & pepper to taste. Serve & enjoy! :-)
