Gnocchi
Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a baking dish, add the gnocchi. Wash the cherry tomatoes & add them to the dish with the gnocchi.

Italian seasoning
Olive oil

Step 2

Add a splash of water & a generous drizzle of olive oil to the dish. Season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.

Goat's cheese

Step 3

Place the goat cheese in the middle of the dish, then bake for 20-22 min at 425°F.

Step 4

Once the goat cheese has melted & the tomatoes have softened, remove the dish from the oven. Serve with a green salad if desired. Enjoy!
