Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange the fish fillets on the tray & bake in the oven for 20-25 min, flipping halfway. Once golden & crispy, remove from the oven.



Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, spicy mayo & lime juice. Add a pinch of salt & mix it all together.

Step 3
On heated or toasted slider buns, add the crispy fish & top with spicy slaw. Serve immediately, enjoy!

If you have an air fryer, that will work great for this recipe! About 8-10 min at 400 °F should do the trick!
